Our acceptance of an order does not take place until the goods leave our warehouse. We will email you an order confirmation at this point. If there is going to be a delay in getting the goods to you we will send you an email asking you if you would still like us to send the order to you. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may result from the product ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment of the identification of an error with the product information including price or promotion. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you.
These Terms and Conditions are designed for use within the United Kingdom and are under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the UK, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. The laws of UK shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the UK Courts.
A contract between the customer and IMD UK ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

We do not like to disappoint so we try to maintain a high level of stock but sometimes due to over demand Items become unavailable. If this is the case we will tell you as soon as possible

We have taken a great deal of care to ensure our product information is accurate. However some discrepancies may occur ie whilst every effort is made to reproduce colours, due to the natural fibre of cashmere there might be a slight difference between batches, so the colour on the website may vary slightly from the colour of the garment.
Every care has been taken to ensure the reproduction of colour is as accurate as the photographic and reproduction processes allow. Slight variations may occur also due to computer screen resolution and definition.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us in respect of the use of our services and of our website and supersede any and all prior agreements, arrangements and representations (save in respect of those made fraudulently).

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
